UNDERCOVER JAGOFF // PUBLIC FILE

Corrections & Right of Reply

If you believe an Undercover Jagoff Case File contains a material factual error, misstates your position, unnecessarily exposes private information, misattributes a source, or should include your response, use the form below.

What happens after you submit

The editorial desk reviews the specific statement, the source record, any supporting material you provide, and—when relevant—the response of the reporter/editor or automated research record. We may contact you for verification or clarification.

Submitting a request does not guarantee removal, correction, publication, or a particular editorial outcome. When a material correction or clarification is warranted, we prefer to preserve a visible update history rather than silently rewrite the past.

Right of reply

If you or your organization are materially named, criticized, accused, or characterized in a Case File, you may submit a concise factual response. We may edit for length, relevance, safety, and legal reasons while preserving the substance, or link to a complete public statement when appropriate.

Source limitation

Undercover Jagoff relies in part on third-party reporting, records, documents, statements, and other sources. We do not independently verify every underlying item and cannot guarantee that any source or story is complete, current, authentic, or accurate. A correction request helps us improve the record; it does not itself establish that either side is correct.

Do not use this form for emergencies, threats, legal service, or highly sensitive source material. We may preserve the request and editorial history when needed for corrections, disputes, legal obligations, or record integrity.
